Bring us your bird, and we’ll smoke it to perfection in our legendary brick pits. Details:

Drop-off begins Friday, November 21st — until spots fill up

$2.50 per lb (10 lb minimum)

If you drop it off early, keep it frozen — we’ll handle the rest

Drop-off at either the Airway Heights or the Spokane Valley location

Full Thanksgiving Feasts To-Go – Hot, ready, and complete with all the fixin’s — mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole, and don't forget Longhorn BBQ Turkey! Feeds 5 to 6 people for just $110.00.  🍴 Holiday Catering – From office parties to family gatherings, our team travels up to 300 miles to make your holiday unforgettable.
